Answer #1

There are different types of reinforcement and it can be given in many ways in the organization for example its can in the form of PAY, PERKS, RECOGNITION, VACATION TRIP, BONUS, PARTY etc. So It is an important work for the manager to choose a best reinforcement that work better for his or her employees. Research says that the expectation of reinforcement differs according to age for instance for a person in the age of 25 is given a bike as a reinforcement for doing a great job in the company then the same reinforment won't satisfy the the person at the age of 60 or something, so mangaer should be keen enough to select a best reinforcement. There is no one thing that suits best for everything, so the manager in any environment should first try to understand their employees and according to it the reinforcement should be given.

Reinforcement are very necessary in every field because it help the individual to perform better in their futur encounters and also it develops satisfation in them.Once the person is satisfied with his or her work then the will definitely try to achieve more in order to get reinforced, some people are intrinsically motivated ,which includes satisfaction etc and some are externally motivated which includes pay , salary etc. It is also important how much reinforcement should be given , it shouldn't be overly or underly given.

If the organization chooses a wrong reinforcement it leads to problem in the company such as less productivity or less satisfaction within the employees etc. Company should be careful in choosing a correct reinforcement for right person.
