Answer #1

One of the hardest behavior i faced in my life is procrastination. I procrastinated everything in my life. It affected all parts of my life. I used to procrastinate my work deadlines, educational duties such as preparing for exams, and even my personal life where i was not committing to a relationship. I had learned this behavior when i was in high school and could get away not doing home work, and slowly it developed into a habit, and i started to like this habit and that is why it became so hard to change. But, I slowly realized that this procrastination is making me behind in all respects and also my personal and professional life is lagging behind. So, i decided to change this behavior and made a routine everyday of accomplishing a reasonable amount of work in the start and then work towards accomplishing bigger tasks until i reach my short term and long term goals.
