Attribution is the process of inferring the causes of events or behaviors .It is the theory based on the premise that we judge people differently depending on the meaning we attribute to a certain behavior.Communication is the major challenges for managers to justify their workers behavior because they are responsible for providing information ,which results in effective performance in organizations. The Actor-Observer bias Interestingly explain and justifies anyone's behavior .When it comes to explain actions and behaviors the information and situation variables are at play and easy to justify in workers behavior.

Externally caused behavior results from outside causes in which the person is forced into the situation of the behavior.People tend to attribute their own success to internal factors and their ability or effort.
