Thus, employees should make decision for themselves, a per Thery Y approach to managing employees. Theory Y manager gives more freedom to employees and trust there employees.

As per theory x, employees are unmotivated and they don’t like working without encouragement. So, it is important for the management to intervene to make them work. As per this style of management, employee dislike working and don't take responsibilities at work.
