All employees deserves certain rights in their workplace but if too many rights have been provided to the employees it can lead to certain potential problems. Some of them are as follows

  • Employees may not follow appropriately the rules and regulations, policies, protocols of the healthcare system when too many rights are given to them
  • There are chance for misusing the rights provided
  • When all has equal and too many rights there us a potentially very high risk for conflicts between each staff
  • Lack of discipline in the work can occur
  • It can lead to patient harm because of misunderstanding and misuse of rights.
  • There is a risk for each professionals to di as well er their own rights which can finally cause injury to patient and loss to the management.
