Nursing sector is work on the healthcare system and because of it the nurses needed to identify the personal values and biases. Nurses are worked for the well being as well as improvement in the health of each patient. For this the nurses need to enter into the personal lifes and activities such as bathing, feeding and other daily leaving activities. So those activities need to done while the person permit us or we need the permisson from the family members. So are not interested in others involving their personal matters other than their belongings. Not only the care activities but also during assessment part we need to collect and examin the personal history as well as personal matters. So the nurses should aware about the personal values.

Other wise they may hurt the patient and we cannot implement appropriate care to the patients.
