Nursing paradigm refers to the concepts and ideas or thoughts about people, environment, health and nursing care. Nursing field include multiparadigmatic discipline.

The different theories and concepts in nursing indicates different paradigms and aspects of nursing care.

My personal philosophy of nursing using the nursing paradigms are : kindness, sympathy, long learning, knowledge,security, global understanding of nursing issues.

The importance of personal philosophy in nursing includes :

as it indicates our beliefs and concepts about this nursing field. As an individual we all have some beliefs and thoughts or concepts regarding our discipline. As a nurse also we pocess some concepts regarding our profession and about nursing care. These all are the values a nurse should have to provide a good nursing care to his or her patients.
