Colici is self limiting condition.occur mostly in babies of less than four months of age that is characterized by change in physical behaviour and persistent inconsolable crying.

Colic is caused by excessive gas production, displacement, or impaction , intestinal accidents like torsion, strangulation, dry feces ,etc.

Signs of colic are -

- laying on ground.

- pawing.

- restlessness.

- sweating.

- kicking at its belly.

In severe cases it can traumatize other parts of body from pain.

Management of colics-

1. When baby is crying a lot than hold your baby .

2. After feeding wind your baby.

3. Bath your baby with warm water.

4. Feed baby as usual.

5. During feeding hold baby upright.

6. Provide anti- colic drops .

7. Gently rub back of baby, and do massage .
