For my personal view point, the development paln Include.

In order to make goals ....

Believe in your process.

Set goals that are specific, attainable and appropriate for your task as own development

Should be realistic to your task and remain accountable.

As per time frame...Ill take my particular task as front view that how much time I needed for it. Like ..I have to complete 1 chapter when preparing for my exam .. approximately 1 hour is needed. So time management is must.

There are different ways to measure my process that I ve done in development plan ..

Particular time for my task and it's reviews.

Set goals to be accomplished as I've set before according to priority of my task.

For each plan, what activity I've done before and which one is left now. Is am going as per priority or not. And at last go for further activities...
