planning is a future course of action, which tell us the estimation of something by considering all the possible and realistic conditions. one may have their own plans about their present, and future by considering their past and present. I completed my PG studies in management studies and further I am doing my Ph. D course in management field only. It is under progress, I am working on collection of data. Once my Ph. D is over and awarded, I want to be settled myself in an International University, to share my knowledge, and experiences to the students.

for this, I set the time goals as follows:

• Must complete my Ph.D study by September, 2019
• It may take 10 months to awarded from that period
• By 2020 (end of this year or early of 2021) I may awarded with my Doctorate and with it I want to enter into any international university with good facilities and good pay too
• once I placed there, i must provider chance and room for the students to learn in the relevant areas
• I wish to work on developing students in the relevanat areas

this plan helps to me stand on the same line in the given time period. If there is no such plan or targeted areas, we may deviate from one plan or goal to another. It does not give any benefit to us in professional and personal aspects too. this plan of action with set time period help to adjust according to the events, how quick and fastly i am completing the tasks, still what are the pending activities, how those can be achieved etc. finally it helps me achieve the goals or targets set through proper planning and settle in life.
