1.The basic composition of paleo diet includes meat,eggs,fish,fruits,vegetables,nuts,seeds,herbs ,spices and healthy fats ,all these are rich in iron,proteins and omega rich fatty acids.

2.Animal fats,olive oil,avacados,tubers ,nuts and sedds are the main sources of energy in paleo diet.

3.Saturated fats from animals,monounsaturated fats from avacados and olive oil,polyunsaturated fatty acids from fish and omega 6 from lots of vegetable oils,are taken more in terms of saturated fats .

4.its not easy interms of carbs,the primary goal is to lose weight quiclkly so it is advisable to take low amounts like 30-50 carbs per day,Spo only few vegatbles are prescribed to eat.

5.Paleo diet is much about ,low carbs,gluten free, and less fats.Yes it is a sufficient source of micronutrients and vitamins.
