A 59 year old white male patient was involved in motor vehicle accident (MVA) with a SUV causing several fractures and broken bones in various place in his body. Patient crashed into SUV due to having poor eye sight problems from his pituitary gland tumor. Patient Fractured hip, broke back, posterior hip acetabular, femur head fracture, and dislocation,T6 3 column fracture, and has multiple rib fractures. Patient has a history of COPD, Pituitary tumor, and anxiety. Patient has no labs, because he is was a new admit patient that just arrived. He is currently taking Oxycontin, Zofran, Lorazepam, Ibuprofen, ocular lubricant Artificial Tears, Albuterol, omeprazole, melatonin, Hydrocortisone, Lovenox, Doxazosin, Levothyroxine, and Tylenol.
