59 year old white male patient was involved in motor vehicle accident with a SUV cause several fractures and broken bones in various place in the body, due to the patient having sight problems due to his pituitary gland tumor. Patient DX. Fractured hip, broken back, posterior hip acetabular, femur head fracture, and dislocation,T6 3 column fracture, and has multiple rib fractures. Patient has a past history of COPD, Pituitary tumor, and anxiety. Patient has no labs, because he is was a new patient that just arrived. Patient is allergic to dilaudid , iodine, and codeine. He is currently taking Oxycontin, Zofran, Lorazepam, Ibuprofen, ocular lubricant Artificial Tears, Albuterol, omeprazole, melatonin, Hydrocortisone, Lovenox, Doxazosin, Levothyroxine, and Tylenol.
