Answer #1

Both lymph and interstitial fluid are formed from blood.Due to the hydrostatic pressure in the arteries and osmotic pressure of various solutes in the blood fluids are leaked out of capillaries forming INTERSTITIAL FLUID.

LYMPH is the fluids that contains in the lymphatic vessels .

Both lymph and interstitial fluid are almost same in composition. Both doesn't contain any red blood interstitial fluid contains waste products of cells, ions, glucose, proteins,Oxygen, neurotransmitters, some hormones, leucocytes where as lymph contains more of lymphocytes, more amount of fats(role in fat digestion) glucose, certain proteins, exudates.
