Low Carbohydrate diet: Low Carbohydrate diet is good for Diabetic patients and cholesterol patients.

Carbohydrate will increase the blood glucose.In cholesterol high patients ,Carbohydrate will deposit as fat in the body that may leads to high blood cholesterol levels.

High fiber diet:Patients with arrhythmia or Cardiovascular diseases, patients with high cholesterol, patients with constipation suggested to follow high fiber diet.

High fiber food decrease cholesterol and relieve constipation by loosen the Stool.

High protein diet:Patients with obesity and diabetes can choose high protein diet.

High protein will loosen weight and decrease carbohydrate intake by feeling fullness in the stomach.

Low protein diet:Low protein diet is for patient with kidney complaints. Protein will increase workload of kidneys and may leads to uric acid accumulation.

High potassium diet:high potassium diet for Diabetic, hypertention patients.

Low potassium diet:low potassium diet is for kidney patients. Because if kidney is normal it will eliminate excess potassium. But damaged kidney may leads to potassium accumulation in the body and will leads to
