If i am working in physicians office i have to ask patients about their travel.most of diseases occurs due to travelling.

Diseases spread in specific areas due to travel as like ciguatera iit isis fofood born disease caused by eating tropical or sub tropical fishes.Valley fever caused by inhailing spores of fungus that are foung in soil of south westernUS mexico.leishmaniasis is also parasitic disease that is transmitted by bite of female phlebptomine sand flies in tropical areas.

Diseases like plague,mumps,scarlet fever, rinderpest,polio,tuberculosis, measles we thought these all are eradicated but they are seems to be returning now. Proper and timely vaccination programs can reduce susceptible population
