Accepting a change is always difficult ,because getting familier with new technology and adapting to it is a time taking process.Technology isn’t something new, but as the connotation of the word continues to evolve in society, it bridges gaps for those who may not understand it, or it’s benefits

I will try to convince my coworker that it may seems to be difficult but they will very soon get to used to the newer technologies. And once they will be habitual with thw change then things will go easy. I will tell them all the information that i have about the machine to them and make them understand the things well so that they dont face any problem. I will try to gather as much as information about the technology and there implications and teach them to all my coworkers .i will embrace the change and will motivate the people that hiw moving on with the modification helps us lot in our life.
