The individual difference of a clients need have an impact on the care giver. A caregiver is an individual person  that dedicates their time and energy to help  their loved ones, or their clients, during a challenging time in their lives. Caregivers usually spend their days for making their loved ones are comfortable, safe and happy. Time spent with their clients may vary from 7 days a week to a few times a week, depending on the clients’ needs. There are several reasons why an individual may need a caregiver such as they may have cancer, they may be of old age or they simply may have an ailment that prevents them from taking care of themselves. A caregiver comes into their clients’ lives and seeks to improve their quality of life.

The need for each and every patient is different.each patients need for nursing care is different from that of others, for example the nursing care need for a paralysed patient will be entirely different from that of a person suffereing from minor ailments such as fever. The caregiver must be competent enough to provide nursing care acording to the clients need. It is the responsibility of the nurse to take care of the patients that are assigned to them. The individual difference of clients need have a impact on the caregiver or on the nurse. Sometimes the individual difference of clients need can make the nurse more confused and frustrated. The caregiver can become more stressed , and it can result in delivery of poor quality care to the patients. Since the care or the need is diferent for different individuals, the nurse become more confused and it can increase the workload of the caregiver. The caregiver may take more time to provide care for the patients and sometimes the caregiver may provide poor quality care . So obviously the individual difference of patients need have an impact on the caregiver.
