Individual difference in simple refers to the personality, individuality, behaviour,etc., of each person which is different from others .This can greatly impact the provision of support by difference of opinion between individuals regarding a decision, difference in the way of approach to solve or tackle a problem in a particular situation,differences existing in accordance to their beliefs, practices and culture. Hence in simple individual difference can be reduced by training, education,group discussion and bringing in a common opinion which is accepted by all to improve the support of provision.
