Answer #2

Describe situations in which one shares one’s vision as a leader and evaluate whether that vision is positional:

Once vision was established in the department where you lead the team, communicating the vision is more essential to be an successful leader. The leadership involves the task of reinforcing the organization vision inorder to attain their short term and long term objective. in current times, leaders dont have luxurious time in spending for indepth team discussions, team building excursions. Fortunately virtual work force helps to overcome these issues.

The vision has to be clearly explained and made understood by each member of a team to move forward in their projects especially working under deadlines. It helps to create a better team and stronger work force.
