Describe three conflict situations at work in which to resolve the problems you would use (1) avoidance, (2) diffusion and (3) confrontation, respectively.

Answer 1) Three situations where I will use avoidance diffusion and confrontation are:

1) Avoidance: When there is an argument going and that argument will not give any positive outcome to me then I will use avoidance because I know this will not benefit me and I should not enter into this argument that is conflict with other employee regarding his backstabbing nature because I know he/she is not going to change. I will avoid that person

2) Diffusion: I will be doing diffusion when I will feel that other employee is not doing right to me, diffusion is making your boss/upper head aware about the conflict happening with you. In other words when the conflict between me and the other employee is not solving and increasing then I will tell it to my boss this is diffusion. For example the other employee who is backstabbing me is now speaking bad words to me in front of me then I will tell it to my boss this is diffusion.

3) Confrontation: confrontation is when I will be insulting a person or harming any person physically for his or her mistake. I will be using this is something wrong is happening with me and if I would be tolerating any issues since so long and that issue will not be solved then for example when the conflict between me any employee is not solving and he has started abusing me, bullying me and started throwing paper balls at me then I will be doing confrontation and insulting him in public.
