Activities such as Exercise, timed voiding, prompt voiding, will help to maintain hygiene in the individuals life.Functional Incidental Training is a combination of prompt voiding with less intensity endurance and exercise which will hlp the person with incontinence to lead a balance life.

Validity can be in the form of questionaires like:

1. Is there a leaking of urine in the past months. Yes/No

2. If Yes, When did it occur

• When coughing /sneezing or any physical activity
• When the urge for urination was more and time taken to reach washroom was long.

3. Which situation is likely to cause leaking

• Coughing
• Sneezing
• Jumping

4. How do the above problem bother you?
