Answer #1

We know that Civil Engineering is a study of engineering which needs vast knowledge for its efficient management. Only Pure science is not enough for its efficient management. In civil engineering systems, there are mainly two phases by depending upon the analysis (like decesion analysis, feasibility analysis and cost effective analysis) and its application. In civil engineering, not only there is a strong relationship exist between all facilities of civil and community through human ( human psychology) and social factors, but also civil engineering have to deals with the infrastructure, design, plannig, material process, economics, management, decesion making, safety of community etc. So from this concept, we can clearly say not only pure science is responsible for efficient management of Civil engineering.
