8,The pulse oximetry is the best method to assess the oxygen saturation in the blood it is very easy and safe painless method we can practice in hospitals and home setup,otherthan this, we can assess by the respiratory rate,blood pressure and the pulse,respiratory effort,colour and level of conciousness.

9,laryngoscope with blade,10 ml syringe,stelet,ambubag,correct size ET tube,oxygen supply,sedatives,fixation adhesives tape,sterile gloves,mask,gown,oxygen line,T piece or ventilator,ventilator tubing,suction catheter,suction unit.

10,During exhalation the diaphragm relaxes and the volume of the thorasic cavity decreases,while the pressure within the cavity increases,As a result the lungs contract and air is forced out.
