Legislation is the law which has been enacted by the governing body. Healthcare policy is one of them.

Healthcare laws can be changed by the United States Congress by passes a law and then president signs on it.

Healthcare policy is a vitally important as it sets general plan to guide desired outcomes therefore healthcare policy is fundamental guideline to help to make decisions. Major goal of the healthcare policy to prevent the diseases and health consequences of environmental hazards, natural disasters, reducing the risk communicable and non communicable diseases.
