I belong to extrovert category as I crave for change and excitement; I love talking to people and easily gel up in the crowd. It can be better said to be a extroverted Sanguine type personality as I am outgoing and talkative.

And as I react largely on stressful situations, it indicates that I have neurotic traits. My quickness in worrying, fearing the negative and anger also indicates towards neurotic traits.

According to Meyer Friedman personality differentiation, I belong to personality A- the stress taking types as compared to type B who are relaxed and have lower stress levels.

As far as body type is concerned, I am a mesomorph, a mesomorph is characterised by a large muscles and athletic hard body built.
