What is the meaning of conflict and ethical delimmas?

An ethical delimma or ethical paradox is a decision making problem between two possible moral imperatives,neither of which is unambiguously acceptable or preferable.The complexity arises out of the situational conflict in which obeying would result in transgressing another.

In my personal opinion for respond or approach

1. You have to recognize a moral issues; should be recognize beginning whether there is an ethical issue in the given situation.

2.Begin your decision making

3.Evaluate the alternative actions

4. Make a decision

5. Consider your Action in retrospect

Have a conversation with the exception of extreme ethics violation,confronting the individual directly first is often the best way to manage a situation .provide opportunity for the person to explain his Actions or to correct the behavior first.

Ethical Delimmas arise when a difficult problem cannot be solved in a way that will satisfy everyone who is involved.The same delimma might occur when a situation arise that involves a choice between equally unsatisfactory alternatives.

How to act and react of the situations like depending on the situations,like unethical behavior,such as discrimination,sexual harrasment or bullying in toxic workplace culture.you may be the witness to your manager's or coworkers unethical behavior or you may be asked by a manager or client to do something unethical.Your immeadiate reaction may be to blow the whistle on the behavior .

2.Focus behavior and events

3.Listern carefully

4. Develop a plan to work on each conflict

5. Consider how each alternative affects the steak holders

6.Use ethical reasoning to resolve the delimma.evaluate the rights of each party and your obligations to them.treat each party fairly in resolving the delimma .weigh the costs and benefits of alternatives.
