3- Compromising: the strategy compromising involves finding an acceptable resolution that will partly, but not entirely, satisfy the concerns of all parties involved.

4- accommodating: using the strategy of accommodating to resolve conflict essentially Involves taking steps to satisfy the other party's concerns or demands at the expense of your own needs or desires.

Interpersonal conflict can be described as a disagreement that can be emotional, physical, personal, or professional between two or more individuals. In real life, it can arise in any circumstance from personal to professional spheres. Interpersonal conflicts can of various lines like the intrapsychic conflict that occurs within an individual without the effect of any outside circumstance, an intragroup conflict that occurs within a group and the last one is intergroup that can occur in various groups. Conflicts can take any form one to another in various degrees. There are various pros or some can say that advantages or positive impacts of conflicts including change and adaptation, strong morale, awareness of self and others, stimulation and fun, and more importantly it enhances personal development. One f the major drawbacks of conflict is that it enhances the coping ability in individuals along with awareness. Organizations adopt a conflict resolution strategy when any such situation arises in the workplace between management and employees and between employees as well. One of them is competing, in which one individual openly compete with anther so that there will be a fair resolution of the conflict on the basis of abilities. In Avoiding strategy, the individuals would like to ignore the whole conflict and thinks that it will get resolved as time passes. Collaborating is the strategy in which all the parties in the conflict join together to solve the issue that benefits all in the same way. Another strategy is accommodating in which one individual sacrifice and stay calm to let others win. Among all these strategies, there is one more type of resolution strategy in which a partial solution is made is Compromising.
