Interpersonal conflicts can of various lines like the intrapsychic conflict that occurs within an individual without the effect of any outside circumstance, an intragroup conflict that occurs within a group and the last one is intergroup that can occur in various groups. Conflicts can take any form one to another in various degrees. There are various pros or some can say that advantages or positive impacts of conflicts including change and adaptation, strong morale, awareness of self and others, stimulation and fun, and more importantly it enhances personal development. One f the major drawbacks of conflict is that it enhances the coping ability in individuals along with awareness. Organizations adopt a conflict resolution strategy when any such situation arises in the workplace between management and employees and between employees as well. One of them is competing, in which one individual openly compete with anther so that there will be a fair resolution of the conflict on the basis of abilities.
