Answer: The elite differ from the urban and rural poor as this elite category of the people has created a different definition of the freedom which are not useful for the urban or the rural people. This elite members specially of the community owns large industries as well as corporation. The elite class people of the society has adopted the Social Darwinism, it means that there are certain people those can grow but not everyone. Whereas the urban as well as rular people always gets interfered by the government assistance as they solely depends upon the government. For example, due to droughts, farmers suffers from severe conditions such as poverty, poor income etc. The government can elevate the urban and rural people's life by increasing the concern and bringing better development opportunities. But due to excessive corruption, these people suffers.
