Can some individuals' Perception Be "Extra-sensory"? If so, do you believe people with ESP are Psychics or good magicians who know how to capitalize on others belief, wishful thinking, and expectations? Extrsasensory perception or ESP also called sixth sense inculdes claimed reception of information not gained through the recognizedphysical senses but sensed with the mind. A huge number of people believe in some form of extra sensory perception and claim to have witnessed evidence of it first hand. Extra sensory perception (EPS) is a term often scoffed at in psychology and wider science an alleged paranormal or supernatural phenomeon that many believe is best suited to science fiction films. Yet to the surprise of many academics a significantbody of scientific evidence exists which may suggest otherwise. ESP has been defined as' anomalous processes of information or energy trasfer,processes such as telepathy that are currently unexplained in terms of known physcics or biological mechanisms'[bem&honorton,1994]
