Answer: In the above mentioned case, the learning theory that would be fit is the cognitive learning theory. This is because, the cognitive learning theory will help the child to understand the learning engagements. It enables the learner to think and look in a new way and boost up their understanding. The cognitive learning elevates the skills as well as the brain power. The child will be able to utilize his own thinking and rationales. Hence the child is suffering from development disorders, this theory will works on the emotions, conversation and essential cognitive developmental skills.
