He has no symptoms since he has arrived to the uni and has CABG.
ASSESSMENT
I found him lying in the bed totally fine. He states that there is no pain today but has taken regular medicines. His temperature is normal and the incision site looks good, but his blood pressure, heart rate, and respirations are very little elevated.'
RECOMMENDATION
Can we do a regular checkup of his? blood glucose test, BMI
measurement? We can also ask him about any change in his health.I’d
like to get an EKG and labs, and I need for you to evaluate him
right away.
