On observation the patient will be conscious and oriented and complaints of generalized weakness.

On examination ecchymosis, telengectasia maybe present, pallor present, mild pedal edema present

Pulse rate : high

Respiratory rate: high

Blood pressure : low

Systemic examination:

Cardiovascular system: tachycardiac, murmur heard

Respiratory system: tachypnoeic, air entry bilateral equal

Gastrointestinal system: tenderness present in upper middle quadrant.

Central nervous system: will be normal

Nursing consideration: look for any bleeding manifestation like ecchymosis or contusion, history of malena, look for lab investigation for Haemoglobin and platelet counts.
