The selection/hiring process is considered as one of the most important parts of owning a business and employees are essential to completing everyday tasks that have long-term impact on company. Job description is meant to attract all the qualified candidates to apply for a position at the business. "The main purpose for JD and specifications is to ensure that company is hiring the right people to fulfill the right positions.” Job descriptions are a kind of tools that allow the candidates to clearly understand the expectations of the role, its essential duties, the competences along with the required educational credentials and experience.
