Job description is meant to attract all the qualified candidates to apply for a position at the business. "The main purpose for JD and specifications is to ensure that company is hiring the right people to fulfill the right positions.” Job descriptions are a kind of tools that allow the candidates to clearly understand the expectations of the role, its essential duties, the competences along with the required educational credentials and experience.
