Answer #1

A job analysis is a thorough summary of an organisation's role. This requires an overview of the working conditions, tasks, nature of employment, use of resources, skills and coworker experiences of a prospective employee. Absent a task description for positions, the company lacks good insight into the roles of the employees.

If no work evaluations are applied to their jobs, the workers may be exposed to unreasonable performance standards. Without the job analysis, the company might demand too much from an employee— too wide a variety of tasks with too many time-consuming and complicated responsibilities— without a job analysis to restrict scope. Getting a role description helps you to see on paper that a task includes a list of duties that are compatible with the pay scale and working day duration.

A task review shows the organization's unfilled positions. If an audit is not performed by the company, the HR department can not predict the need for new positions; as a result, at the last minute, staff will scramble to develop a job description from scratch. Without an overview, workers would be forced to speculate the position's required duties. Furthermore, the lack of preparation causes financial problems when money that could go to new job positions gets diverted elsewhere.

In the absence of a job review, your organization can list requirements which are unnecessary for completing the job. As a result, job opening for your company may require an educational experience, technical skill or knowledge of program beyond the scope of the work. Skilled applicants will not be applying for the position as the criteria are too strict. Alternatively, you can fail to list work requirements and miss out on applicants who have the skills you want.
