Answer #1

The process through which a company is formed and or registered needs a bit a detailing; In case of a public limited corporation the company needs to have “Articles of Incorporation”, “Charter and or By-Laws” and the “Certificate of Incorporation”. In relation to the abovementioned point, companies need to have shareholder’s permission to incorporate the same. Due diligence and ownership status of the shareholder must be disclosed through share certificate of every shareholder. In case of forming a limited liability corporation (LLC), the companies should file the documents that include the “Articles of Formation”, “member certification” and “operating agreement”
