Apple Inc's Vision: In a manifesto dated 2009 Tim Cook set the vision specified as “We believe that we are on the face of the earth to make great products and that's not changing.”

Apple Inc's Mission: “to bringing the best user experience to its customers through its innovative hardware, software, and services.”

Factors which are significant in the Vision and Mission over here are ,when we read the Vision Statement, we can see the tone of determination and faith to deliver the great product as a great product is a mix of great team work and greater operational efficiency. And when we read the Mission Statement, we'd understand that customer's satisfaction is the main drive behind the success formula for Apple and Innovation is other significant factor which represents in-depth analysis and dedication is shown in the Research and Development of New Product Innovation/Development. Also quality adding on to the user experience is most sought after here as per the Mission.
