A antihero exerts some of the behaviors such as dishonesty, ungraceful, unskillful and some horrible behaviors that make the antihero a wrong character.

In the history of american cinemas of 1968 to 1977, most of the stories were highly featured on antiheroes over the heroes in the movies, plays or stories. The film production companies like Film noir, Sci-fi, Mob films had highly used the concept of antiheroes in their films and had achieved great importance among the people. These characters are memorable for all time.

It is because in the middle of 1940s, the soldiers of United States returned by seeing a number of cruelties or crimes in the second world war. These years also witnessed an number of other wars, crisis and movements. A number of worst activities among humans were taken birth during this time period.
