but it is totally untrue to say that it does not have any marketing strategy because in new culture they have to adopt according to new language,market competitions , barrier to entry etc

so there is need to have proper allocation of resources and strategy to run the business in the profitable way

The best example of the is world giant restaurant meal chain KFC which adjust their market strategy according to the country

For example in India, they know that beef is banned so they must ensure to have the best marketing strategies according to veg meal and non-beaf menus
