Answer #1

Answer :

McDonald's does not seem to have the most important, rare, immeasurable or unchanging resources. This shows that McDonald's can be very challenging for MCD to gain a competitive advantage, especially since any strategy it uses can be quickly mimicked by competitors.

The following are McDonald's basic strategies that make him stand out among his competitors in the industry:

McDonald's Playground: McDonald's introduced a student playground, such as playing chess titans till.

Product diversity: McDonald's continues with new innovations that bring it to burgers, salads, desserts, drinks and a variety of sandwiches.

To grow McDonald's has to experiment with a new product line. It is suggested that McDonald's should rely on experimental marketing to test the new menu if it wants to maintain consistent growth.
