The biggest challenge facing HR managers is the high turnover of talented people. Recruitment of people is no longer the main challenge. Retaining the talent and keeping them from joining competitors is the bigger challenge in todays world. Keeping the employees satisfied in terms of monetary and other benefits is a big task which the MR managers are responsible for. The managers also find it difficult to keep the employees from getting bored with their tasks and prevent the job from becoming monotonous.
