Think Global act local in marketing philosphy is that when you are entering a new markets the company should be able to deals with already existing suppliers and create a market on their own. Thus the company should make an emotional bonding with the local people and attract customers which is simply like a bonding. Thus the product is global but the market is local.

Think local act global means the product may be loacl but the brand image you create for that should be global . You should attract the local market using your product and create a brand image which in turn makes the product gloabl.
