This is the biggest platform for Pakistan when it comes to property dealing. Now after great success many highly reputed companies are their partners.
The site lists real estate dealers, developers, agencies and sales and rental properties. Mostly, in this the property are of third party such as someone posting about their property’s but some of the properties are also sell by zameen.com and their sales executives solely under which some sales managers work.
3) RENTAL SERVICE:
Property agreements and documents will be used by consumer. (Tenant)
Management jobs will be looked by a senior property manager.
4) Operational descriptions of the business process- “Rental Services”
There many properties which have been rented through this company. Or it can be said like this that the most used service of this company is “Rental Services”.
Any property owner will have at least one property for rent. Moreover, the same property owner can be an owner of more than a property. After being linked to this company every property is then checked by their property manager. Same property manager of the company can also look for more properties depending on their locations and types. So, one property manager could be linked to more than one tenants as per the tenants need.
There are some property managers which look for sales and
Sales marketing as well so they are not assigned by any of the properties.
The company has many highly reputed construction companies as their partners so each partner should assign more than one property to the company.
Then some properties are been rented by the company itself means that company is the landlord/owner of the property and they assign any of the property manager to that property mostly they assign junior managers, but it depends on the property type.
Then there is a type comes when a double story house is for rent and both floors have different tenants so it is possible that both floors would
have different managers or the manager of the house could be single too. So, when it comes to double tenants same house so the relation between managers gets a little weak as company assigns managers upon their availabilities.
5) Description of problems;
As many of the staff is busy at maintaining the property and keeping it to their standard needs a lot time and staff which make its difficult. It does not have a quick method of connecting a tenant as soon as possible to a landlord. Same person having more than one property contributes in data manipulation and incomplete data. As there are many companies as their partners, storing their own data causes data mixing together and it gets very difficult to fetch out the data of the private landlords.
The property manager supervisor must look for a long time for the properties that need management under their rules.
Then keeping the details of property that needs more management makes it very hectic for the company to hire many property managers.
When it comes to tax generation for the whole year, so it needs more of financial experts to generate as soon as possible.
These all processes need more staff and company want to reduce the number of staff so they can facilitate their customers better and provide more opportunities. Also, like every business company they also want to generate more revenue as they know they have a tough competition in the market.

The Main Objective is to design a database that it will automate its property management services. However, there are some sub-objectives too;
1. To reduce data manipulation and redundancy.
2. To have a proper and up-to-date management of the business rules of the entire company.
Clients/customers will provide their personal information among with some invoice details will be provided to the customers along with promotion deals if available.
Software system will keep a record of available properties and the requirement of a customer.
Finance team will generate invoices and tax information to the company and audit too if it is needed.
Marketing team will make promotions on property and will promote it locally and internationally as it is required a lot for a business to be well known.
At present, the scope of the project is only to limit the Property Rental services. It is informed to the team that some other processes are not fully automated. Therefore, the new software system for Property Rental services will work independently and its connection with other processes remains unchanged at this stage as mentioned in the operational description.

Property owner’s name, residential address, phone number, e-mail address are taken from the initial agreement forms.
For companies: their names, addresses, mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses are captured from the initial contract forms.
For the leasing property: corresponding property owner, related property manager, address of the property, type of the property (house, unit, flat, commercial), and age of the property are recorded.
First report should be of management that how many properties are to be managed and about their home owners.
The second report should be regarding a tenant or a buyer of a property about the invoice and leasing forms and other legal documentations.
Third report should be regarding finance or tax regarding which will include all the expense of the business year and regarding the revenue and tax paid from the company,
