Ans:- Codetermination also known as employees participation (co partnership) is a practice of employees of an organization. In Codetermination all employees have the right to select(vote) for it's representatives. It also denotes the employees having the obligatory right in work board (work council) on problems in work place.

In the European Continents gives additional importance on workers. So the European country like Germany relies on Codetermination. Here workers have some special right (role) in the companies administration. In Germany workers in big firms select their representatives to a managerial board and they ensure one third of the chair. Here the workers also select a worker director, this worker director have a seat on companies main director board . But this work director have the right to vote for workers matters only.
