Ans:- Now the employment pattern is tottaly changed from the past two decades because of industrialization and use of modern technologies. Now- a-days new pattern of employment and retirement are came in to force. They are absolutely different from the past years. New forms of industries and new method of employment are forming job level and job opportunities are also change. This modern technologies variously affect the aging population.

New method of works (job), use of modern equipments, overtime works etc are affecting the aging population and they are facing many challenges. The nature of employment also change . So the young people get more opportunities than the aged. Aged people have no capacity to work overtime and also no idea about the use of modern technologies. So the new pattern and new concept of job affect aging population.
