It can be mentioned that ethics and morals should have a place in business because even though models might or might not contribute to the profit levels of the organisation if they are not followed they can have a very serious consequences arising especially in the long-term health of the organisation. The ethics of the organisation determines the culture that is existing with the employees will be motivated and willing to work for long-term and ID so that the long-term health of the organisation would be very safe and the customer loyalty will prevail unlike the cases where morals don't exist in an organisation
