Procedure in place for strategy review, evaluation, and control

The strategic review, evaluation, and control are very important in getting feedback about the strategies implemented and the feasibility of strategic choices. It also provides necessary inputs for the formulation of new strategies. The following is the strategy, evaluation, and control procedure specific to my business entity.

  • Firstly we will have a strategic plan and a standard performance.
  • Then we measure to what extend the standard performance is attained.
  • Now we identify gaps if any while comparing the results with the standard performance.
  • Corrective actions will be taken for improving the performance for attaining the standard.
