As example, a person is committed to use the community center for family function on a particular date, then it becomes a moral right of the person to use the community center for family functions that that day. It is the case of moral rights, rather a legal right and it is ethical to obey the commitment given to that person. An example of political equality is the issuing equal voting rights to the citizens in one country. When, black people were given the voting rights in the USA, then it was an effort to bring political equality. Following deontological approach is the example of ideology in business ethics. Here, decisions are evaluated on the basis of its intention of the action and it is the part of ideology to achieve with the decision in business ethics.
