We formed a team of 5 to survey 500 people and then there was this one girl who actually e mention that she couldn't survey or interview more people as she had to go for a picnic which indeed is an absurd reason to skip the work any we are actually short of time to do the work with four member team. Initially as a team leader I understood the seriousness of the issue and this made me to go to her and make her understand how not serving would result in the lack of experience in the future while making any such research or project on the whole. This is social loafing process and later she understood the complexity and moved on to work and therefore counselling is the best way to address this issue and this was the best experience due to team cooperation and since I could manage it well as a team leader, it's so rewarding..
