Yes, I have experienced social loafing as a team member. I inculcated self discipline to prevent this problem. I avoided situations that led to social loafing. I focused on my work. I would prefer to work as part of a team. Working as part of a team increases the capacity to handle more work and divides the work responsibilities. It helps to share the work and get support from other team members. The answer is comparatively similar to others in the class who also have experienced social loafing.
